Team Exile5 announces its new LoL OCS Roster

2 Jun 2016 7:00pm

Team Exile5 is proud to announce a new chapter in its League of Legends history. Welcome to the family:

Blinky (Captain)

With subs: Praelus, Rumbie and Grisha

These talented players will form our OCS team which will compete in the first round against Reload Esports next Thursday 9 June 2016. Led by Dean "Scream" Giles and Nathan "Maxxy" Maxwell in management, this roster will vie for a spot in the Promotion matches at the end of the split. The entire team has seen very good results in the last few weeks and we are all quietly determined to see them in the OPL next year.

Check out the timetable for our upcoming matches: Timetable

This is the first time x5 has stepped back into League of Legends in Oceania in three years and we could not be happier with the squad that has been assembled. None of this could be possible without the hard work and dedication of Scream and Maxxy. See you all in the Rift!

Here is what Scream, Head LoL Manager, had to say about the new team:

I'm happy to see Exile5 back into the League scene and for them to trust in myself and Maxxy to create a LoL team under their brand. The team we formed are all friends and have fantastic synergy together. I'm really looking forward with working with them in the upcoming OCS split and I truly believe this roster will be a top 4 team in OPL when the time comes.

Maxxy, our LoL Assistant Manager, says:

I'm very excited to now be working in the management side of things under such a reputable organisation of Exile5. I'm looking forward to also working along side Dean in bringing this new team together and helping them grow into a team that can compete at the top level in the region.

Blinky, our charismatic Captain, had this to say about joining Team Exile5:

I'm very excited for this OCS split with the new roster. We have a veteran player with Yuzuki on board who has a great understanding of the game, Fesh has an insane ability to solo carry games and Siuman/Frank are debuting in their competitive/OCS careers with very strong lane phases!

And I'm excited to rep such a prestigious organisation like Exile5. They've given us everything we wanted since working with them and it feels like home!
